  • 7.45pm at Skye Fitness
  • 25 minutes of spin followed by 30 minutes of circuit training. It's the last month before the cycling season starts. Why not give it a go - great pre-season training. £5 per night or £20 for the month (5 sessions).

 

Wednesday 4th - Knight Riders

  • 25 miles at a steady pace - keep an eye on the weather

  • Demonstration of basic bike maintenance and tyre changing techniques?? Should be informative and entertaining - bring money for coffee and ice cream in the 'Cup & Cone'.
 
Saturday 29th - Three Options!!!!!
  • Option 1:- Steph's Girlie Run
  • 9.15am from PRFC
  • Heading to Gawleys Gate and then tea & coffee at Tiffy's in Aghagallon. Rosemary hoping to rendezvous there for tea, a chat and perhaps even a Fab Photo???
  • 30 miles, fairly flat and relaxed pace.

Tuesday 4th - Spin Gym, Super Tuesday Series

  • Time:- 7.45pm
  • Location:- Skye Fitness
  • Format:- February sees the introduction of the Super Tuesday Spin Series!! Four intense sessions focusing on speed, strength and stamina:-

o   4th Feb - Super Sprint - fast and furious

o 11th Feb - Super Climb - slow and heavy

o 18th Feb - Super TT - long and steady

o 25th Feb - Super Race - mixed bag - savage!

£5 per session or £15 if you fancy all four. Don't forget you have the added bonus of some Classic Rock plus 30 minutes of circuits afterwards, culminating each week in a team challenge!!! A brilliant night - challenging, great craic and very rewarding!

This week we'll have 25 minutes worth from The Rolling Stones, The Allman Brothers, Deep Purple and Popa Chubby (what do you mean you've never heard of him!!). Then it's into the torture chamber for 30 minutes of circuits?
