Mon 03rd December
7.45pm - Skye Fitness for our popular Spin Class. £3 per session, 15 min Warm Up with one of our own high trained PCC members, 30 mins with Quarter Turn (Will I Am) and then a 15 min Cool down with a Sing Song. Numbers have been down for the past 2 weeks, so please if you can make it, please do.

9.30am BUN RUN - Leaving from PRFC with a route and pace to suit all, coffee stop pencilled in.

Saturday 15th December Ho ho ho it's the annual PCC Santa Run !!!! ??☃?
9.30am -Sharp from Portadown Rugby Club - Dress for the Occasion
We plan to cycle to Craigavon Area Hospital first to drop off toys and games to the Children's Ward, then off to Dollingstown Church Hall for the Big Festive Fry proceeds to the Charlene's Project. Return cycle to Portadown via the Town Centre.
It would great to see a good turn out from PCC to support this cause.

Mon 26th November

PCC ACTIVITIES W/C 22nd OCTOBER

Yes folks, Halloween is coming and this week's run is not too flat!!!!!!!

We have a Halloween challenge this weekend - a semi-peak challenge!!!

Events & Activities this week:-

Monday 22nd October - 7.30pm Skye Fitness - Spin. Why not give it a go? 20 minute warm up with Daddy, 30 minute flat-out session with Professional Instructor Will I Am and a wee sing song warm-down with our very own Daniel O'Gamble!!!??‍♂️

Wednesday 24th October - 6.30pm PRFC - It's that man Gamble again - Davy Gamble's very popular evening special!! 20 runners and riders last week - 2 groups to suit all abilities. Group 1 do 3 laps of Kilvergan and 1 lap of Lurgan before returning via Brownlow. Group 2 do 2 laps of Kilvergan and 1 lap of Lurgan before returning via Brownlow. Lights essential - working ones!!!!!?????

Thursday 25th October - 9.30am PRFC - Uncle Kev's PCC Bun Run - approx 35-40 mile social run with a coffee stop.

Saturday 27th & Sunday 28th - HALLOWEEN SPECIAL - KEADY MOUNTAIN REVERSE (and I don't mean gear!!)??

Saturday Run leaves at 9.00am from PRFC and Sunday Run leaves at 8.30am.

Please ensure front and rear lights are fitted.

Please can everyone follow the route taken for that evening / morning, Run Leader once nominated is the only person that can alter a route before or during the route.

Group speeds are as below so please can you ensure that you are in the correct group BEFORE you leave PRFC. All groups will have a Run Leader and Back Person nominated BEFORE we leave PRFC.

Front Group - 19mph + This group will have a drop policy, if you are struggling with the pace then please drop into the group traveling behind.

Second Group 17mph - 19 mph. This group will also have a drop policy, if you are struggling with the pace then please drop into the group traveling behind.

Third Group - 15mph - 17 mph.

The above groups will only apply to the Midweek Runs, Weekend Runs are Leisure Runs.
